Assistant Project Manager New York City, NY $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits We're working with a well-established NYC General Contractor that specializes in commercial interiors projects throughout the five boroughs. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career with a company that offers exposure to all stages of the construction process while working alongside experienced Project Managers. Responsibilities Support Project Managers on active construction projects Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules Track project budgets and costs Attend site meetings and project walkthroughs Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Requirements 2+ years of construction experience Commercial interiors experience is required Strong understanding of construction documents and project administrationExperience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders Strong communication and organizational skills Local to NYC or surrounding areas Compensation & Benefits $90,000 - $110,000 base salary Employer-paid healthcare 401(k) with 3% match 15 days PTO Performance-based bonus If you're looking to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and healthcare interiors, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
