Responsibilities/Qualifications: Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities Ability to work independently in the community and/or the client’s home Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Experience: Caregiving: 1-2 years (Preferred) Travel: Travel is expected from the client’s home into the community Flexible Schedules; Weekly Pay; Competitive Wages; Paid Onboarding Training.
