Responsibilities Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills Provide coaching and support to clinicians Participate in the hiring process for new clinicians Identify training needs for clinical team members Lead case consultation sessions Provide clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists Directly manage a designated therapist cohort while maintaining a caseload and providing direct patient care Qualifications Fully licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, MA, or equivalent (CO) Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Current independent clinical license in Colorado Minimum of 3‑5 years of post‑graduate clinical experience Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities with clinical practice Experience with EHR systems Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Paid Time Off & 10 paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Short- and long-term disability coverage Life insurance Professional liability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Compensation $80,000 salary plus additional bonus of up to $20,000 per year (paid out quarterly based on metrics met) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion At SOL Mental Health, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to fulfilling our mission.
