Information Technology Service Delivery Manager We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager for a growing company in the Greater Colorado Springs area. This is an ONSITE position, open to US Citizens and Green Card holders. C2C candidates are not eligible. Compensation The pay range is $48.00/hr - $56.00/hr, with a 4-month contract duration. Upon converting to permanent employment, the annual salary is estimated between $100K and $115K, based on skills and experience. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience ITIL Foundations Certification (preferred) Server+ and Network+ certifications (preferred) Experience: 8+ years managing operations and leading teams 5+ years in IT with experience interacting with executive leadership Proficiency with troubleshooting tools and operating systems (Windows, macOS) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) Networking, security, and system management expertise Experience with financial applications like QuickBooks or Sage is a plus Additional Requirements Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean record Background check clearance Benefits Medical insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and other inferred benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gee Group - SNI Companies
