Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary Full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate position focusing on selling Verizon products and services within a retail store setting. Responsibilities Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service. Identify customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete bottom‑up sales solution. Close sales with strong communication skills, delivering simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up‑skilling in merchandising and inventory. Grow the customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to existing Verizon customers interested in products and services. Engage with the community outside of the store to expand loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. Compensation Base pay $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 a year in individual commissions. Top performers may earn additional commissions up to $14,500, resulting in a total annual compensation range of $65,000 to $75,500. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a commission‑based environment. Sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience.
