Job Description

This role supports day-to-day HR operations for a growing organization, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, benefits administration, and HR policy management. This is a standalone HR role requiring independence, strong judgment, and a focus on employee support and organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage HR administration and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinate payroll and administer employee benefits.
• Develop and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.
• Provide guidance on HR best practices and policy interpretation.
• Maintain employee data within HRIS systems.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including payroll coordination.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using HRIS systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience preferred.
• Experience serving as the primary or sole HR resource for a site, business unit, or country.
• Manufacturing or operational environment experience preferred.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting multi-state employees.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with benefits platforms is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Work Environment

This role supports approximately 40 U.S. employees across a manufacturing facility in Duncan, SC and remote employees nationwide. The position requires significant autonomy and partnership with plant and commercial leadership. Initially, candidates should expect to be onsite in Duncan, SC 4–5 days per week to build relationships and establish HR processes. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and well-suited for someone comfortable navigating change and organizational growth.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenville, SC.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

On the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment, you will be eligible to participate in the Company’s benefit plans, which include Medical and Dental Plan coverage. There is a cost share for these benefits and employee contributions are completed through payroll deductions. The Company provides Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance, 100% paid by the Company. The Company also contributes 3% of your compensation on a biweekly basis to the Company’s 401k Plan. Per the plan documents, you are eligible to enter the 401k Plan on the first of the month after completing 90 days of employment. Employees are auto-enrolled to contribute 5% of their compensation on a biweekly unless the employee changes this amount at the time of eligibility.

This is a fully onsite position in Greenville,SC.

This position is anticipated to close on Jul 30, 2026.
