Contract Manager (Job #26141687) – Central Office – Helena, MT Overview The Montana Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee community corrections contracts, ensuring effective, compliant, and quality operations across Montana’s Community Corrections Facilities & Programs Bureau. Responsibilities Oversee and manage community corrections contracts from start to finish. Coordinate initiatives across multiple divisions and respond to evolving business needs. Navigate contract amendments and resolve issues involving facilities, offenders, and families. Support offender placement decisions and manage length‑of‑stay considerations. Use communication and analytical skills to ensure integrity, accountability, and operational excellence. Monitor contractual and facility compliance to ensure high‑quality operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum two years of experience in Human Services or related field.
