Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A remote opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within the educational setting. This contract role offers flexibility to support students’ communication needs while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy via telepractice to school-aged children.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Collaborate virtually with educators, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress.
• Document sessions accurately and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Adapt therapy techniques to a remote learning environment to ensure effective interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure and certification (CCC-SLP) as required.
• Experience providing telespeech services in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telehealth technology.
• Ability to work independently under 1099 contract status.
• Commitment to maintaining students’ confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Fully remote position; candidates located in or near Midlothian, VA preferred for coordination purposes.
