Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP licensure in the state of Virginia
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
• Comfortable with technology and teletherapy platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide engaging, effective teletherapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Maintain meticulous documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed
• Utilize digital resources and tools to enhance therapy delivery
• Foster an inclusive, supportive online learning environment for all students
