Revenue Operations Analyst

Sales Enablement ManagerReporting to the Senior Director Financial Operations, this role will be crucial to enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. This position involves developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, tools, and processes that empower our sales representatives to excel. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making with a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving sales success.Your day if you join us:Track and analyze performance metrics/KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, areas for improvement, and drive forecast accuracy.Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to sales leadership.Participate in weekly pipeline callsMaintain the GTM trackerPrepare weekly bookings reportAnnual Sales capacity planning, territory planning and management, quota planningARR reporting and roll forwardMaintain and administer sales tools and technologies including CRM systems, sales automation platforms and analytical tools such as: NetSuite, Tableau, HubSpotSupport the development, execution and maintenance of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's sales objectivesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Act as liaison to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Other duties as requiredYou are a great fit for this role if you:6+ years in revenue operations, sales enablement or sales operations roleBachelor's degree required; Business Management or Finance concentration preferredStrong understanding of sales processes and methodologiesProficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies (HubSpot preferred)Advanced proficiency in Excel/Googe SheetsYou are exactly who we are looking for if you:Working with a SaaS company; high growth startup experience a plusSuperior attention to detailsHigh motivation for continuous improvement and ability to drive impactAbility to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute on those solutions.Understanding of and ability to articulate trends in churn, expansion, ARR, etc.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsLocation: Herndon, VA, Cincinnati, OH, Hybrid (3x/week)Remote Locations: NC, GA, TX, NJ, PA, IL, DC, MD, OH, FL, SC, CO, IN, WA, NV, CA, MAThe pay range for this position is $90,000k - $110,000k/yr; however, the final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
