As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless shipping experience.What Youll Do:Understand and document the clients success criteria and use to build clear standard operating procedures (SOP). As the clients needs evolve, you will refine the clients success criteria and SOP.Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination.
