We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Corporate HR Department in Huntsville, Alabama. This paid internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources administration, employee onboarding, records management, and general HR operations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and documentation.
- Create and maintain electronic personnel and benefits files.
- Organize, update, and maintain hard-copy employee records.
- Process employment-related forms and HR documentation.
- Ensure personnel records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
- Assist with data entry and recordkeeping activities.
- Act as back-up support for front desk reception
Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
