Associate

System and Network Administrator

to join our Space Systems Verification and Test team in

El Segundo, CA

. In this position, you’ll contribute to a team responsible for the hardening, deployment, automation, setup, and readiness of Special Test Equipment in factory and launch environments. The System and Network Administrator Functions support a 24/7-hour Test operation. This position is 4th shift meaning, various shifts, nights, weekends, and alternate shifts may be required to support program objectives. Position Responsibilities: Provides Factory Floor support to multiple Programs; defining & documenting Test setups, deploying Test Software & Configurations, troubleshooting, communicating/coordinating program requests, and supporting requests from the team to improve effectiveness, efficiency, productivity Develops, implements, and sustains tools that enable product security requirements Utilizes agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track product security statement of work Develop and enhance system requirements and architectures for product security to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements Configures and ensures security of facilities, equipment, tools, data, networks, and resources used for product: design, development, build, test, storage, delivery, operations, and support Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Current CompTIA Security+ certification Experience in certifying Automated Test Controller (ATC) Server and Client Experience in certifying PTEX (Payload Test Executive) and MTEX (Modular Test Executive) Test Servers Experience in Operating Systems: Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux and Cisco IOS Experience in Cybersecurity 10+ years of experience with Private, Corporate, Charter and/or Military Operations Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent layer 2 and 3 networking experience Experience in Linux servers, Windows OS and network-based storage system Experience in Satellite Test and STE Operations Readiness Experience in certifying Power and Payload Satellite Special Test Equipment Conflict of Interest: Successful candidate for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
