Electrical Superintendent Tampa Florida

Responsibilities•Supervise daily electrical field operations and manage electrical crews•Coordinate work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades•Plan and execute electrical installation activities in accordance with project schedules•Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings•Ensure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, and project requirements•Enforce safety policies and conduct job-site safety meetings•Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment usage•Identify and resolve field issues, clashes, and design discrepancies•Coordinate inspections with authorities, consultants, and clients•Maintain daily reports, manpower logs, and progress documentation•Support project closeout, testing, and commissioning activitiesRequired Qualifications•Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent•Strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction•Thorough knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems•Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications•Proven leadership and crew management skills•Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities•Excellent communication and coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications•OSHA or equivalent safety certification•Experience with BIM coordination and construction scheduling•Familiarity with project management softwareBenefits:•PTO policy with two weeks of paid time off.HireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, industries, and abilities to join our team.
