We're seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Tampa, FL to oversee on-site operations and lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects.

- Minimizes project delays by resolving technical field issues in real time.

Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule daily electrical field activities for all onsite personnel.
- Manage and mentor electricians, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain high standards.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide field installations.
- Coordinate workflow with project managers and other trade leads to prevent conflicts.
- Monitor material levels and labor hours to keep projects within budget.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance across the jobsite.
- Document progress using daily logs and tracking software.
- Identify potential change orders and communicate field adjustments to leadership.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets NEC and quality requirements.

Compensation and Logistics
