Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Company Description Drennan & Associates, PLLC is a full-service tax planning and preparation firm located in Nashville, TN. Led by Melinda Drennan, CPA, our highly qualified team of tax professionals offers a wide range of tax services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and not‑for‑profits. With a focus on personalized service, we provide expertise in music business and entertainment taxes, bringing a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the unique tax implications for that industry. Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Staff Tax Accountant at Drennan & Associates, PLLC. As a Staff Tax Accountant, your day‑to‑day tasks will include tax compliance, tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, not‑for‑profits, etc. Many of our clients are small businesses, and with that aspect, our staff is exposed to a wide variety of general accounting issues, as well as various tax issues. Qualifications Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a team and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA certification is a plus Experience with CCH ProSystems FX and QuickBooks is a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Accounting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Drennan & Associates, PLLC by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
