HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Austin. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with basic HVAC experience who are eager to grow their careers within the trade. You'll play a critical role supporting HVAC projects through field inspections, installation prep, equipment handling, and direct work with licensed technicians.

• Assist licensed HVAC technicians with rebate project installations, HVAC tune ups, and inspections related to energy rebate projects.
• Transport and set up equipment and materials at job sites.
• Collect documentation, take photos, and ensure data accuracy for rebate verification.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, coil cleaning, and duct sealing.
• Communicate professionally with property managers, tenants, and homeowners.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures on all job sites.
• Provide feedback to the Rebate Program Manager regarding field conditions and material needs.
• Maintain organized tools and inventory on service vehicles.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.

• 6+ months of experience in HVAC, construction, or similar trades (required).
• EPA Certification Required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or tight spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Austin area.
