Talento Search Group has an opening for a Accounting Clerk in Youngstown, Ohio.  This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $20-24 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ownership of accounts payable workflow
• Perform purchasing and receiving document matching, enter vendor transactions, manage source documents, resolve vendor billing discrepancies, secure vendor payment authorizations, and perform monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts
• Prepare account payable invoices for entry, process payment, and file accordingly
• Maintain inventory spreadsheets and month end processing
• Maintain W9's and prepare 1099's
• Input sales orders and purchase orders
• Manage the status of purchasing projects

Experience Needed:

• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Proficient Microsoft Excel experience
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Associate's Degree in Accounting is preferred
