What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting
• Administer high-alert medications, IV therapy, and ventilator management
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care procedures accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and manage complex neonatal cases

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience with Level III units
• Epic EMR experience
• Certifications in BLS, NRP, and STABLE
• Experience managing ventilators, central lines, IV drips, and high-alert medications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
