- Manage escalated cases received by top management and route cases to appropriate teams.
- Investigate customer requests and conduct necessary research using Stellantis systems.
- Coordinate with the Stellantis dealer network and internal corporate organizations to resolve customer issues.
- Develop and execute action plans for case resolution, maintaining closed-loop case management.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of professional working experience
- Positive attitude and passion for customer care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or dealership
- Experience with premium brands, luxury hospitality, or retail
- Familiarity with cloud-based CRM and telephony tools
