Location: Bellevue, WA Arnold's Appliance is seeking motivated, customer-focused Appliance Sales Associates to join our Bellevue showroom. Family-owned and operated since 1974, Arnold's Appliance has built a reputation for providing builders, homeowners, designers, and remodelers with premium kitchen and home appliances. As one of the Pacific Northwest's leading luxury appliance retailers, we've experienced consistent year-over-year growth and are looking for talented sales professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Provide exceptional customer service from initial consultation through the final sale.
- Assist customers in selecting appliances that best fit their needs, style, and budget.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer and company training.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for providing best-in-class customer service.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
- Previous retail or commissioned sales experience preferred.
- Appliance or home improvement industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
