Position Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other case-related documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Prepare witnesses and experts for depositions and trial. Collaborate with partners on trial preparation and courtroom strategy. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and experts. Maintain organized case files while meeting litigation deadlines. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction (or pending admission if eligible). 2-6+ years of litigation experience preferred. Insurance defense or civil litigation experience is highly desirable. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong oral advocacy and client communication abilities.
