OpenText xECM Solution Architect

Role Summary

Seeking a senior OpenText xECM Solution Architect to design, implement, and support OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) solutions integrated with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms. This role provides technical leadership and ensures scalable, compliant ECM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business and IT teams
Design and implement OpenText xECM solutions and integrations
Configure metadata, permissions, workflows, and archiving rules
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Support full project lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live
Implement integrations with SAP, Salesforce, MS Teams, SharePoint, and O365
Provide Level 3 support, performance tuning, upgrades, and enhancements

Required Skills

8+ years in Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
4+ years hands-on with OpenText xECM
Experience with Content Server, Archive Center, InfoArchive
Strong knowledge of content lifecycle, metadata, permissions, and workflows
Experience integrating xECM with SAP and/or Salesforce
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Skills

SAP S/4HANA integration
Cloud deployments (OpenText Cloud, Azure, AWS)
MS Teams / SharePoint Online experience
OpenText certifications
