About the Role

The Company is in search of a President & CEO to lead its dynamic, business-oriented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's strategic direction, implementing programs and initiatives, and providing day-to-day leadership to the staff. This role requires a collaborative leader who can effectively promote the organization, drive growth, and engage in industry advocacy. Key responsibilities include maintaining the company's position at the forefront of industry advancement, fostering a culture of customer centricity, and ensuring that the company's standards are recognized internationally. The President & CEO will also be tasked with enhancing staff communication, driving operational excellence, and partnering closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and financial stability. Candidates for the President & CEO position at the company should have progressively responsible executive leadership experience, with a strong background in operations, revenue generation, and the development of value propositions. A master's degree in business or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience is required, and an advanced degree with a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential is valued. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of association governance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with an elected Board and globally distributed constituents. Experience in the built environment, manufacturing, or B2B, as well as a proven track record of working with CEO and C-Suite level leaders, is preferred.
