Healthcare Staffing Coordinator - Real-Time Scheduling

Prime Healthcare’s Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support staffing and scheduling for Nursing Admin. You will collaborate with the CNO and leadership to craft schedules, post them on time, and adjust staffing in real-time to meet patient needs. The role requires a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
