This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members. Responsibilities Lead, train, and support housekeeping and laundry staff Schedule team members, including holiday coverage Monitor quality, safety, and sanitation standards Manage department supplies and inventory Conduct team meetings and communicate updates Assist with special projects and provide hands‑on support when needed Promote teamwork and continuous improvement Qualifications Previous housekeeping and/or laundry experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Basic computer skills (scheduling, ordering, Microsoft Office) Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver’s license preferred Why Join Greencroft?
