Job Summary And Responsibilities As our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader focused on delivering exceptional patient care and empowering teams to achieve clinical excellence. This full‑time, salaried position is based in Tacoma, WA and supports five clinic locations (Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Federal Way, and Burien). You will lead a dynamic team of RNs, Medical Assistants, and Perinatal Sonographers, oversee daily clinical operations, manage urgent care needs for diabetic patients, support clinical workflow, and enhance diagnostic imaging services. The role is Monday‑through‑Friday, with no evenings, nights or weekends. Every day you will inspire and guide a dedicated clinical team, prioritize patient needs, and maintain rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You will be a strong advocate for your staff, translating insights into actionable strategies that uplift staff and patient experiences. Essential Duties Staffing Model Management: Lead a sonographer‑heavy staffing model across five sites, fostering optimal coverage and team dynamics. Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day clinic back‑office operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Team Development: Provide mentorship and clinical evaluation for staff, ensuring competencies across all locations. Patient Advocacy: Ensure exceptional care delivery and act as a resource for complex patient care concerns. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinic Manager and Director of Operations to maintain budget neutrality and support growth. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing approved by the WA State Board of Nursing. BSN preferred. Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred. Within the last five (5) years, three (3) years of nursing experience in a clinic setting or five (5) years of acute hospital nursing experience preferred. Licensure & Certifications Current WA State license as RN required. Must have a current CPR certification or obtain certification within 30 days of hire date.
