Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with a salaried pay range of $47.41–$70.52 per hour. The role is based in the Franciscan Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic in Tacoma, WA, overseeing daily clinical operations across five locations (Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Federal Way, and Burien). You will manage staff teams of RNs, Medical Assistants and Perinatal Sonographers, ensuring high‑quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. Essential Duties Staffing Model Management: Lead a complex, sonographer‑heavy clinical staffing model across five sites, focusing on optimal coverage and managing multidisciplinary team dynamics. Operational Excellence: Manage day‑to‑day clinic (back office) operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Team Development: Provide mentorship and clinical evaluation for staff, ensuring competencies are met across all five sites. Patient Advocacy: Ensure exceptional care delivery and act as a resource for complex patient care concerns. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinic Manager and Director of Operations to maintain budget neutrality and support growth. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing approved by the WA State Board of Nursing. BSN preferred. Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred. Within the last five (5) years, three (3) years of nursing experience in a clinic setting or five (5) years of acute hospital nursing experience preferred. Licensure & Certifications Current WA State license as RN required. Must have a current CPR certification or be certified within 30 days of hire date.
