About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for its Corrosion Resistant Technology Group. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer and supplier relationships within the corrosion-resistant segment. This hands-on leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industrial markets, corrosion-resistant products, and engineered solutions. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key customer and supplier relationships. Additionally, the role involves leading and developing high-performing sales teams, ensuring operational and financial oversight, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales leadership within industrial markets. The role requires a proven track record in revenue and profit growth, experience in scaling sales teams, and a strong background in corrosion-resistant products or related industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in strategic sales leadership, team and talent management, and operational and financial oversight. Key skills include strategic thinking, excellent leadership and coaching abilities, high business acumen, and proficiency in CRM tools. The role also demands strong negotiation, presentation, and financial analysis skills, as well as the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
