Supply Chain Associate

What You’ll Do Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize shortages. Develop and refine forecasting models to anticipate demand and optimize production. Support supply chain planning activities, streamlining processes for efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, building strong partnerships to drive results. Contribute to special projects, expanding your skillset and exposure. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree conferred within the last 12 months. 3.0 GPA or higher. Strong analytical skills (Engineering degree a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to work independently. Nice-to-Have Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in a related field. Cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20.00-24.000 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
