Project Field Engineer

Overview MEP Field Engineer | NYC Metro | $85,000 to $120,000 + Bonus We are a growing NYC MEP contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and institutional projects across the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, including multi-year NYCHA contracts. We are looking to add a Field Engineer to our team who wants to grow into a superintendent role and build a long-term career with us. This is a field-based role. You will work alongside experienced superintendents and PMs as an on-site representative, managing daily documentation, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping projects moving. We invest in our people, vendor and manufacturer training is part of the job. What you will be doing Serving as on-site representative on active MEP projects across NYC Submitting daily construction and safety reports via project management software Tracking subcontractor progress, deliveries, inspections, and compliance Supporting PMs with scheduling, look-aheads, and coordination Growing into a superintendent role as the company expands What we are looking for 2 to 5 years of experience in a field engineer, project engineer, or APM role Background in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or controls construction Eager to learn, coachable, and willing to adopt company systems and procedures Valid driver's license and own vehicle required OSHA 30 and NYC SST card (40-hour) required What we offer $85,000 to $120,000 base salary depending on experience Project-based performance bonus at job completion Hands-on vendor and manufacturer training program Real growth path — we are targeting significant expansion over the next three years Interested?
