Emplify Health Boscobel is seeking a part-time Environmental Services Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week

Shift: Monday–Friday evenings (flexible once trained)

Pay: Starting at $16.20/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience

Shift Differential: Additional pay for evening/night hours

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility

• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff

• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures

• Work both independently and collaboratively across departments

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

• Previous healthcare or cleaning experience (helpful but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
