POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator is a valued member of our Human Resources team. The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional administrative and operational support in an overall effort to create a seamless and engaging employee experience.

Acting as an ambassador for the Human Resources function, this position partners with both internal and external stakeholders, promotes HR best practices, supports HRIS and people-related processes, and contributes to a culture of operational excellence within a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging HR professional to expand their knowledge, gain exposure to multiple HR systems and platforms, and continue developing their career in Human Resources.

This is a full-time, Miami office-based position.

YOUR ROLE

• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential administration of HR processes and employee support.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support full-cycle recruitment, candidate communications, onboarding, and the delivery of an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.
• Coordinate international employment initiatives, including supporting J-1 Exchange Visitor Program requests, maintaining visa and immigration tracking, managing renewals, and serving as a resource for program participants, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the J-1 employee experience through onboarding, regular check-ins, housing and logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with program requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare, process, maintain, and audit HRIS records within ADP, including new hires, employee status changes, terminations, organizational charts, surveys, and employee documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Administer employee engagement initiatives and platforms, including AllVoices, employee surveys, recognition programs, community partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and company events that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Design and distribute internal communications, announcements, marketing collateral, and employee-facing materials that promote RDG initiatives, programs, and cultural events.
• Coordinate onboarding resources and office operations, including ordering uniforms, technology equipment, business cards, supplies, and maintaining a welcoming and organized corporate office environment.
• Support venue operations and company initiatives by assisting with orientations, training programs, open-call hiring events, community service projects, and new venue openings as needed.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Chief People Officer and Human Resources team, contributing to recruiting, employee experience, engagement, and special projects of varying scope and complexity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations; hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the J-1 Visa Exchange Program and applicable regulations is preferred.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and people-related systems; ADP experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate with team members, candidates, and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent RDG's values while delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
• Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between properties as needed to support hiring initiatives, open calls, orientations, and new venue openings.
