We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys administrative work, learns quickly, and wants to build a broader foundation in human resources. The role will contribute to onboarding activities, employee records support, and general HR coordination while working closely with the team in a structured Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR administrative activities

• Assist with onboarding tasks by coordinating new employee paperwork, tracking required forms, and helping ensure a smooth start for incoming employees.

• Coordinate candidate screening steps and follow up on outstanding items to keep recruitment activities moving forward.

• Respond to general employee questions or route inquiries to the appropriate HR contact for timely resolution.

• Provide administrative support for leave-related documentation, including tracking information connected to sick leave and other routine HR matters.

• Work through day-to-day process issues with a practical approach, identifying missing information and helping resolve administrative obstacles.

• Prepare and distribute HR documents, reports, and related materials to support the broader human resources function.

• Previous experience in HR administration, office support, or a related administrative environment.

• Familiarity with onboarding coordination and employee documentation processes.

• Understanding of basic employee relations support and clear communication practices.

• Experience assisting with pre-employment processing or other administrative steps.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
