Russell Tobin's client, a world leader in heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions company, is hiring a Service Dispatcher / Service Coordinator in Baltimore, MD.

Pay Rate: $14.81/hr.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully onsite role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment and excels at coordinating schedules, managing priorities, and supporting field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and create accurate service dispatch tickets
• Schedule and assign daily work orders to technicians, ensuring clear communication of job scope and timelines
• Prioritize repair requests and optimize technician routes for efficiency
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and internal teams to prepare bi-weekly technician schedules
• Proactively distribute and manage daily work orders
• Ensure adherence to scheduling guidelines and priority protocols
• Track and record non-productive technician time
• Maintain organized hard copy records of customer files and billing information
• Support marketing activities as required

Performance & Operations

• Participate in daily operational meetings and provide updates on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify improvement opportunities and take ownership of assigned action items
• Complete offline tasks from meetings and escalate any operational blockers
• Ensure compliance with established service operations and best practice guidelines
