About Us: We are a growing skilled nursing organization committed to delivering high-quality care and operational excellence across our facilities. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of IT to lead and support all aspects of our technology infrastructure.

Position Summary: The Director of IT will be responsible for overseeing all technology functions across the organization. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational support. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with the needs of our clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all IT operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• Oversee network infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software performance
• Ensure data security, HIPAA compliance, and risk mitigation across all platforms
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
• Develop and implement IT strategies that support organizational growth
• Support EMR/EHR systems and integrations with other clinical and business platforms
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and technology investments
• Train and support staff on IT systems and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems
• Experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA)
• Proven ability to manage vendors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
