Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager will support BeOne’s marketing engagement efforts in Germany, focusing on the whole marketing mix and initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer connections and contribute to marketing projects. This role is intended to think strategically about how we interact and execute tactics that involve our key opinion leaders, including conferences and congresses, speaker bureaus, advisory boards, and other ad hoc projects. Under the guidance of the Marketing Lead Solid Tumors, this role is foundational for developing skills in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Essential Functions of the job: Assist, develop and implement marketing tactics that align with product strategies, brand priorities and customer insights Support organization of congress participation, national and regional customer projects and events; coordinating logistics with marketing, customer contact people and vendors to maximize customer engagement. Support the execution of (digital) marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery to customers and tracking results. Developing relationships with KOLs, scientific communities Collaborate with the marketing, medical and sales teams cross‑functionally to prepare for product launches and assist with marketing tactics. Contribute to gathering and analyzing market insights, aiding strategic marketing decisions through data. Enhance the team’s understanding of customer needs and treatment dynamics by actively participating in physician interactions and HCP meetings. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, helping to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly. Support project management activities as the face to the customer when handling contracting and invoicing with the internal contracts team. Aid in the planning and execution of exhibits and on‑site logistics, including booth setup and materials preparation. Assist marketing teams with various projects involving RMs as needed Ensure compliance of all BeOne activities Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (e.g. consulting, agency account services, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, business administration, or a related field. Familiarity with marketing tools, data analytics, and project management fundamentals. Displays a positive attitude with the ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a team. Good communication, organization, and presentation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language. Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem‑solving and is eager to learn new methods and tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of integrating data insights into actionable marketing strategies. Complies with ethical conduct standards and all relevant laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of BeiGene activities. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a readiness to learn new tech tools. Familiarity with marketing and sales organization and structure, prior sales experience or working with sales teams preferred Expert computer skills – spreadsheet and presentation development required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives & goals Business travel, by air or car, is required for regular internal and external business meetings Supervisory Responsibilities: No Competencies: Displays a positive attitude with the ability to adapt and work collaboratively within a team.
