Senior Product Manager

I'm currently supporting an international healthcare technology company that is expanding its Product Management team and looking to appoint a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and commercial success of its AI digital pathology portfolio. This is a strategic, customer‑facing position, working across product, software, engineering and commercial teams to deliver solutions that support the future of pathology and diagnostic workflows. Responsibilities Define the long‑term direction and commercial strategy for the AI‑based digital pathology product. Work closely with technical, scientific, and commercial stakeholders to prioritise product development. Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, industry trends and competitive analysis. Lead new product initiatives from early development through to successful market adoption. Develop product messaging, positioning and commercial launch plan. Collaborate with customers, industry experts and external partners to shape future product capabilities. Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion. Requirements Previous Product Management experience in Digital Pathology, AI Healthcare, Medical Software, Diagnostics or Life Sciences. Experience managing software or AI‑enabled healthcare products throughout the product lifecycle. Strong understanding of pathology workflows, laboratory diagnostics or digital health technologies. Commercially minded with experience supporting product adoption and market growth. Confident working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, commercial and scientific functions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
