Role Summary Fanatics is building Fanatics Markets, and is aiming to be the biggest and best prediction market for Sports and Sports Culture. As part of that growth, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and drive the product experience for our prediction markets platform. This is a hands, open, execution-focused role for someone who leads with data, takes full ownership of their area, and knows how to ship. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, growth, and commercial teams to define what we build, prioritise ruthlessly, and make sure it lands. This role reports into Louis Sutton, our VP of Product, where you’ll be apart of a small and high performing product and design team. Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the product roadmap for your area, from problem discovery to execution and iteration. You’ll define success for what you ship, and drive the team to achieve that. You’ll work with Design, Data and Engineering to ensure you’re solving the most important problem in your domain. You’ll articulate strategy, priorities, tradeoffs and own your own success. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products Numerically strong, you know how to use data to make decisions. You’ve shipped products end-to-end You have a high ownership mentality, and you treat problems as yours. You’re a clear concise communicator (written and verbal) You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; able to balance pace with quality Nice to Have You’re AI native, and love using Claude (or whatever tool you prefer Experience in fintech, sports, gaming or other fast paced consumer facing digital products You’re a user of prediction markets, sportsbooks or other comparative products.
