As the Senior Product Manager, you will guide the product vision within a compact team, making significant contributions to a product that serves a large user base. Key facts Location: Berlin, Deutschland Engagement: Full-time Team: General Contractors What you'll do Take full ownership of key aspects of the general contractor product. Discover and evaluate new opportunities within the general contractor workflow, targeting new user demographics and enhancing user experience. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in the software sector. Proven track record of managing complex products from conception through to launch. Strong understanding of the construction industry and general contractor processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams. Nice to have Experience with AI-driven products or solutions. Background in working with SaaS platforms. Skills & tools Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Knowledge of user research techniques and data analysis. Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design principles. Practical notes Candidates must have the right to work in Germany.
