Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Solutions Architect who combines architectural vision with hands-on engineering capability. You will design scalable IGA solutions that meet business access management, compliance, and control requirements. The solutions architect will work with security, compliance, application owners, and partners to ensure access controls are well designed and with care for regulatory and risk requirements.This is a remote position. You will report to the Director of IGA.ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end IGA solutions aligned with business and security needsTranslate regulatory and audit requirements into identity governance controlsDevelop role-based and attribute-based access models (RBAC/ABAC) and access workflowsConfigure and implement SaaS IGA platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and SaviyntBuild automation for identity lifecycle, provisioning, and self-service accessTroubleshoot complex identity and access provisioning issuesPartner with security, risk, and compliance teams to align controls with frameworks like SOX and HIPAAEstablish monitoring, reporting, and governance for access policies and certificationsQualifications7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including 4+ years in IGAExperience with SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and developmentExperience with SaaS IGA platforms such as SailPoint ISC or SaviyntHands-on development experience with Java, Beanshell, or similar languagesExperience building integrations using REST or SCIM APIsExperience working with databases such as Oracle or SQL ServerExperience implementing RBAC, ABAC, and segregation of duties (SoD) modelsExperience integrating IGA solutions with platforms like Azure AD, AWS, Workday, or SAPBenefits & PerksGreat compensation package and bonus planCore benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401KFlexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-officeFlexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12 paid holidaysExplore all our exciting benefits here: Experian, our people and culture set us apart.
