• Experience: Outpatient primary care experience, including pediatric and adult medicine preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct preventive screenings, wellness visits, and routine exams
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Manage chronic diseases and develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform pediatric care, including immunizations and common illnesses
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document all patient interactions accurately within Epic EMR
• Participate in limited call coverage (phone/beeper) as needed
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care to underserved populations

What You Need

• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• Strong outpatient experience across all ages
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to build trust with diverse patient populations

Preferred:

• Experience serving underserved or community-based populations
• Skills in multidisciplinary collaboration
