Must be attached at submission:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy

Minimum Experience Requirements Preferred:

• Two years' perioperative nursing experience
• Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification in the state of practice
• Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Status (PEARS)
• Association of perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN) membership

Required Skills

• Circulating and scrubbing duties
• Suturing muscle, fascia, subcutaneous, and skin tissue in collaboration with the surgeon
• Managing aseptic environment
