Proposal Consultant

Supporting the sales support team, the full-time Proposal and Communications Consultant will develop and deliver proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentation materials while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Manage the development and submission of written proposals and RFP/RFI responses, ensuring compliance with client requirements Collaborate with sales and account management to create presentation materials and provide strategic support throughout the pursuit process Conduct research and gather information to enhance proposal content and develop reusable materials for future sales efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal development and responding to RFIs/RFPs Strong written communication skills with a command of English grammar and structure Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with experience using RFP management tools Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
