Breaking Ground on the Lower East Side is seeking a Rent Administrator to oversee rent collection, answer tenant questions, and coordinate with social services and finance. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, reporting, and collaboration with outside counsel on non-payment issues. 35-hour work week, with duties including preparing reports, managing arrears, and drafting notices to tenants.
