LIHTC Property Manager & Tenant Solutions Lead
Postgraduate Center for Mental Health
The Postgraduate Center for Mental Health is seeking a Property Manager to oversee rent collection, LIHTC certifications, and lease compliance for assigned buildings. You will post payments, respond to billing questions, issue notices, and prepare reports for regulators and investors. You will coordinate with tenants, clinical and facilities teams to address arrears and repairs, manage eligibility interviews, process housing subsidies, and maintain files to regulatory standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Postgraduate Center for Mental Health
