LIHTC Housing Property Manager — Tenant & Operations Lead

RiseBoro Community Partnership is seeking a Property Manager to oversee ~280 residential units including LIHTC and senior housing. You'll serve as liaison with tenants, manage operations within budget, and coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure timely move-ins and recertifications.
