Housing Case Manager — Tenant Support & Advocacy

CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager to provide on-site support for residents at the Van Dyke III affordable housing development in Brooklyn. You will conduct intake, assess needs, maintain tenant files, and coordinate access to medical, mental health, and social services. You will work with tenants to set goals, connect to community resources, and monitor progress, documenting outcomes for reports.
