The Bridge in New York seeks a Residential Case Manager to support formerly homeless adults in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. You will hold individual meetings, co-facilitate groups, and maintain timely documentation under the supervision of the Program Director. You will provide housing assistance, referrals, benefits maintenance, assessments, and coordination with external providers, using Motivational Interviewing to support housing stability. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bridge
