Case Manager (Bilingual) — Housing & Community Support

CAMBA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager at 385 McDonald Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11218. You will establish relationships with clients, perform intake and assessments, and coordinate services to move families toward stable housing and self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, connecting clients with resources, and following up on progress and outcomes.
